Thyme is primarily used for its softening action on the respiratory tract. This plant soothes the throat and provides a breathing easy. Thyme also supports digestion. It is used in internal use but also as a water mouth or gargled.

3 x 30 to 40 drops per day in a little water or fruit juice. From 6 years : 3 x 15 drops per day.
