Lemon balm is a natural tranquilizer used in times of stress. Lemon balm also promotes digestion.
3 x 20 to 40 drops per day in a little water or fruit juice. Children : 2-6 years : 3 x 5-10 drops per day. 6-12 years : 3 x 10-15 drops per day.
