Calmoplan contains valerian, which helps us cope with the stress of every day. 1La passionflower and lime exert a relaxing effect and lemon balm helps to relieve agitation. 2the lemon balm and eschscholtzia also promote a good night's rest, while the valerian helps to fall asleep.



Food supplement based of fresh plants from controlled biological cultivation and wild collection, reinforced with extracts from buds and young shoots.

Adults and children from 12 years of age. For a calming effect during the day : 2 x 2 ml per day in a little water or fruit juice. To promote sleep : 2 ml half an hour before bed, if necessary 2 ml earlier in the evening.
