Treatment of cardio - and cerebrovascular disease

• Acute treatment in case of : myocardial infarction, unstable angina, coronary artery bypass graft-coronary, coronary angioplasty and bypass treatment extrarénale (= dialysis-shunt)

Prophylaxis of cardio - and cerebrovascular disease

• Secondary prophylaxis after myocardial infarction, after a transient cerebral ischemia (= transient ischemic attack = TIA) or a stroke (ACV), and also in cases of syndrome of Kawasaki
• Primary prophylaxis of myocardial infarction in certain high-risk groups (strong family history of atherosclerosis; diabetes mellitus; gout; hypertension; dyslipidemias)
